ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is considering to shift the date of the march to Islamabad scheduled for 30th October, sources revealed on Thursday.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan earlier held a meeting to oversee the arrangements for the decisive march, and appointed Asad Umar to head the committee to lay siege to the federal capital.

However, it is now reported that Imran Khan has been advised to change the date, which he has agreed and a new date change is been considered which will be announced soon.

The final decision will be taken in the meeting of the party core committee on Sunday 16th October. It is presumed that since 30th October falls on a weekend, it may not be much effective.

Earlier, Imran Khan said that it would be decisive march and that a large number of people would be a part of it from across the country.

He said that government has buried the Panama Papers scandal, but they would not let them succeed and will continue to keep the issue in front of the people.
