PTI did not demand midterm polls, says Hashmi

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Makhdoom Javed Hashmi has said that the party did not demand for a midterm election, ARY News reports from Islamabad.

Speaking to media, Javed Hashmi said that PTI played responsible politics by holding a protest demonstration at D-Chowk of Islamabad on Sunday.

He further said that the entire nation is united against rigging. He added that PTI believes in a parliamentary form of government.

PTI leader also said that it was sad that a passport is not being given to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain. He added that acquiring a passport is everyone's right.
