PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Jamat e Islami (JI) have decided to form an alliance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in the forthcoming Local Body (LB) elections – ARY News reports.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, PTI Peshawar's president Yasin Khan told that both the parties will nominate a joint candidate for the LB elections. He added that PTI has its doors opened for Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) too.
On this occasion, the JI district ameer said that all the other parties are also encouraged to join the alliance.
