PTI to launch protest against NATO supplies on November 23

PESHAWAR: Political parties in the Khyber-Pakhunkhwa coalition government including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) has announced to launch a protest against NATO supplies on November 23 instead of November 20, ARY News reported on Sunday.

The decision of postponement of sit-in against NATO supplies was revealed during a press conference in Peshawar in the wake of sectarian clash of Rawalpindi.

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Awami Jamhoori Ittehad were also present during the press conference.

Furthermore, PTI Chairman Imran Khan stated in a statement the protest was delayed keeping in view the grave security situation in the country.

Imran Khan said that the determination on the stance will remain the same as this is just a delay not a cancellation after analyzing the situation of the country.
