PTI's Tsunami is inexorable, will hit Sialkot on June 7: Imran Khan

TOP NEWS

FAISALABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan said on Sunday that Tsunami would not stop and will hit Sialkot on June 7, ARY News reported.

Addressing a rally in Faisalabad to protest alleged rigging in the May 2013 general election on Sunday, Imran Khan said former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry, Jang and GEO group owner Mir Shakeel-ur-Rehman fixed the match of general election.

Chairman PTI said the recounting of four constituencies will confirm the rigging. He said that all those who were involved in the rigging process should be investigated and charged under Article 6 of the Constitution if found guilty.

Speaking about tax reforms, Imran Khan said PTI’s stance is to increase the tax net rather increasing the tax rate. He said the only way to generate revenue is to wipe out corruption.

Imran Khan vowed to continue his protest until the recounting in the four constituencies where he believed rigging had taken place.
