Public transport resumes after Friday prayers: Transporters

KARACHI: Karachi transporters have announced to resume the public transport in the city after Friday prayers today, ARY News reports.

Earlier, President of Karachi Transport Union Irshad Bukhari had stated that public transport will not be available due to the strike against the killing of Mufti Usman Yar Khan.

Educational institutes, commercial centres and offices are closed due to the strike call by an alliance of various religious groups.
