Qadri terms Rana’s removal insufficient

KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri termed Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif’s action of seeking resignation from Law Minister as ‘insufficient’.

While talking to ARY News following the press conference of CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, Chairman PAT said that Rana Sanaullah and Punjab Police cannot do anything of their own will rather they follow directives of CM Punjab.

“CM Punjab should resign as he has already accepted the fact that innocent people had been killed in Lahore incident”, he added.

He said that Law Minster has been sent on vacation in the name of resignation adding that real culprits of the incidents are CM Punjab and PM Nawaz and they should withdraw their posts to have transparent investigation of the incident.

Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri retaliated his concerns over judicial commission formed by the government asking to form a joint committee be formed comprising officials of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), Intelligence Bureau (IB) and MI to probe the incident.
