Qureshi-Bopanna succeeds to the third round of Australian Open
MELBOURNE: The Pak-Indo duo Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi and Rohan Bopanna has cruised past into the third round of Australian Open in Melbourne on Saturday, ARY News reported.
Qureshi-Bopanna defeated British pair of Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins by 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
Fleming- Hutchins overwhelmed opponents but the seventh seed came back strongly after team failed to take their chances in the first set giving away two break points to their opponents who converted one.
The Pak-Indo duo is scheduled to take on Treat Huey of Philippines and Dominic Inglot of Britain on January 19.
