Rabbani wishes PMLN-Govt to complete its tenure
KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader, Senator Raza Rabbani has said that the honeymoon period of Punjab Government has ended, while he said that his party is supporting the PMLN-Government up to an extent, to which democracy is not feared to be derailed – ARY News reports.
Talking to media here on Saturday, Raza Rabbani said that PMLN did a fraud with the people, by claiming to end load-shedding. PMLN failed to end power outages in the time frame it had announced during its election campaign, he added.
Rabbani however, expressed his wish for the Government to complete its tenure, clarifying that PPP will not become a part of any such alliance that could harm democracy.
He vowed that PPP will raise its full voice against privatization of national institutions, if the issue is brought into the Council of Common Interest (CCI).
