The Pakistani legend is the lead singer in ‘Raula Paye Gaya’ along with 6-Pack’s Jagtap, Bhavika, Fida, Chandrika, Asha and Ravina.

They all were living tough lives after their families abandoned them before they entered the Indian music industry and wrote their own success stories.

Since then, the pop band, launched by the Y-films (a division of Yash Raj) in 2015, has already bagged the Cannes Grand Prix Glass Lion award at Cannes film festival and the Webby Award along with Y-films, the prestigious internet award for Public Service and Activism Category.

‘Hum Hain Happy’ (a rendition of Pharrell Williams’s song Happy) became their first song which went viral on the internet and earned them overnight fame and love.

The Y-Films representatives have always said that they created 6-Pack Band to help bridge the gender inequality in India.
