Raid held two alleys away from Sattar’s house, says Rangers

KARACHI: A spokesman of Rangers has said that the para-military force carried out a raid two alleys away from MQM leader Farooq Sattar’s house in Karachi’s PIB Colony, in which three persons were arrested, ARY News reports.

According to the spokesman, a raid was carried out against the accused involved in murder and extortion. He also said that the arrested persons named Shamshad, Ahmad and Yasir were wanted in murder and extortion cases.

The spokesman added that illegal weapons were also recovered from the accused during the raid.

“No barriers or tents were removed during the crackdown. Rangers will continue to carry out such raids”, the spokesman added.
