Rana warns of strict notice on oppression in PU
LAHORE: Law Minister Punjab, Rana Sanaullah has said that strict notice shall be taken of the bullying and oppression in Punjab University – ARY News reports.
Talking to media after the session of the Punjab Assembly on Monday, Rana Sanaullah stated that where the force is to be used where not, the Government will decide this.
Speaking about the attitude of the opposition in the House, he said that it was due to the reason that the opposition had no homework on the inflation, so it found a way out.
He said that the elements oppressing the Punjab University administration and students will be dealt with strictly.
Earlier, the police had conducted a raid at a hostel in Punjab University this morning and arrested 13 students from there.
The raid was conducted at Hostel number 16 of Punjab University and arrested students for their alleged involvement in violence against the university’s teachers.
