The paramilitary force conducted a raid near Civic Centre at Hasan Square and nabbed the KDA official.
He was shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
Four KDA officials including their director land Najamuz Zaman were arrested by the Rangers yesterday [Wednesday].
Zaman was arrested from his residence in North Nazimabad for his alleged involvement in land grabbing and ‘china cutting’.
He was also accused of dealing in illegal sale of government plots. Sources told that all the captured KDA officials had a backing of a political party in Karachi. All the four accused have been given under Rangers custody on 90-day remand.
