Rangers, police raid offices of banned nationalist party in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Rangers and Police raided the offices of a banned nationalist organisation in connection with a cracker attack on 14th August which injured five people, ARY News reported.

They also raided various parts of the city including at the Abdullah Centre located in Qasimabad area and cordoned off the area. They searched the office of a nationalist organisation located there but did not make any arrests.

In another raid located in the same, a suspect person was arrested and was transferred to undisclosed location for further interrogation.

At least five people were injured in a cracker attack at Sakhi Abdul Wahab bridge during Independence Day celebrations. A case was lodged against unknown people by government counsel and subsequent investigations are currently underway.
