Rani Mukerji under self-imposed ‘house arrest’
New mom Rani Mukerji is busy taking care of her newborn daughter Adira and has kept herself limited to the interiors of her home ever since she brought the Chopra heiress home.
The little one was born before time on December 10, 2015 and the actress hasn’t been spotted out since then.
As per the sources quoted by the Indian media, Rani who is very fond of kids and doted on her young niece is now a super busy mom and refuses to let Adira out of her sight.
According to recent reports, the couple had gifted not one but two bungalows to the newborn
The bungalows are currently under construction in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The location of the bungalows is not far from Aditya’s work headquarters, Yash Raj Studios.
The report also said that it is also accessible from Rani’s residence at Yari Road.
Rani Mukherjee gave birth to the daughter at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital. The baby was described as ‘healthy and feisty’ after being born. Rani gave a statement from her husband Yash Chopra’s production banner.
“I would like to thank all my well wishers and fans,” she said. “Today, life has given us God’s greatest gift with Adira. We thank fans our friends and well-wishers for their unconditional support and blessings. With joy we begin this new chapter in our lives,” he said.
