They say nothing says I love you better to a woman than flowers. And a bouquet of them are a sure way of winning a girl’s heart, aren’t they?
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh surprised his girlfriend and actress Deepika Padukone at Mumbai airport late into the night when she arrived from vacations. Not only that, Ranveer was prepared to receive his girlfriend as he had a whole bouquet of flowers with him. According to sources and eyewitnesses, the actor picked up Padukone at the international airport in the wee hours of Monday.
Ranveer Singh reached the destination at around 1 am (if sources are to be believed) and then remained in his car till 4 am for Deepika Padukone to arrive. The actor surprised her with the flowers after which the two actors left. A source stated that, “Ranveer was watching a movie at a suburban theatre and his film got over around 1 am. After that, he rushed to the airport to pick up Deepika, who was returning from a holiday abroad. The actor had a bunch of pink flowers in hand and appeared happy.”
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will be seen in the upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie titled Bajirao Mastani. The movie focuses on the historic love and drama story of warrior Peshwa Bajirao and his love for another female warrior, Mastani. Actress Priyanka Chopra also plays a pivotal part in the movie, Bajirao’s first wife.
Ranveer and Deepika had earlier starred in Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela which went on to become one of the biggest hit films of 2013.
