Rasheed rejects Imran's claims over ballot papers

ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Pervez Rasheed has said Imran Khan kept people mentally confused throughout the period of his protests in Islamabad, ARY News reported.

Talking to media here outside Parliament House, Rasheed said Imran Khan played politics for two years on fake ballot papers. He clarified that ballot papers were in fact published only in security printing press, thus rejecting claims of Mr. Khan.

“Imran Khan can only contest senate polls from Khyber Pakhtonkhwa,” said the minister.

Rasheed claimed that Khan could not win in other provinces as he does not trust on his party candidates.

The minister said he was was aware of problems faced by journalists, adding he would do his best to facilitate them.
