The officials in their briefing to the Standing Committee on Defense revealed some more facts pertaining to Kulbhushan Yadav, an on-duty RAW operative apprehended from Balochistan last month.

In their detailed briefing to the committee, officials told that Yadav had been to Pakistan in 2013, while the neighboring arch-rival trains terrorists and provide logistics support to them for anti-Pakistan activities.

“India has also been using Afghan soil for spreading unrest in Pakistan,” they said. “A RAW cell has been active in three out of seven Indian consulates in Afghanistan.”

They said that the cell operates in Indian consulates in Mazar Sharif, Kandahar and Jalalabad and includes a desk dedicated to creating impediments in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
