The poll question was “Who is responsible for the PAF Badaber attack?”
The participants were given four choices, which were, RAW, CIA, Taliban or Afghan intelligence agency.
As many as 1,353 people participated in the poll with 862 of them accusing RAW for perpetrating the attack of PAF base; 264 of the people said Taliban responsible for the attack; 148 believe Afghan intelligence behind the militant attack while 79 of the participants picked CIA as the accused.
Taliban attacked an air force base in Peshawar on September 18, killing at least 29 people, most of them soldiers, in their deadliest assault in months following a major military offensive against them.
The military said up to 14 insurgents entered the residential compound at the base near Peshawar, the gateway to the tribal regions that have long been a haven for militants, dressed in official uniforms. All the militants were killed by security forces.
