ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to release another group of 11 Taliban prisoners in a bid to keep peace talks on track, ARY News reported.
The latest batch of prisoners is among the list provided by the Taliban. Sources told that the release of prisoners will take place soon.
Earlier on April 3, the government had freed at least 16 Taliban prisoners with the approval of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in a move designed to invigorate a shaky peace process with the militant group.
