KARACHI: Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar said on Monday that requirement of justice was not being fulfilled in treason trial of former president Pervez Musharraf, ARY News reported.
Addressing a gathering in Karachi, Mr. Sattar said Article-6 should be implemented in the Musharraf trial in letter and spirit.
The MQM leader said decisions on the basis of personal liking and disliking was not favourable for the country. There is a need to form strong working relationship for confidence building, added Mr. Sattar.
He said the country could not afford any confrontion in the current circumstances. He stated that PPP had got mandate in Sindh while MQM enjoyed mandate in urban areas of the province.
