While addressing a press conference in Lahore on Sunday, Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri said that he will soon announce the date of revolution and government’s end.
Chairman PAT said no treason will be done with the martyrs of Model Town Incident and those who were responsible for the model town incident including Prime Minster Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif will be held in prison.
Earlier, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said Article 245 is a part of the constitution and its not wrong to deploy the military. He also said that that the imposition of the article does not mean that the city has been handed over to the military.
Nisar further said that military was called for Muharram security by the previous government adding that Article 245 has been imposed 11 times in the past seven years.
