Robot building game Robocraft will be releasing on Xbox One and Windows 10 as an enhanced version titled Robocraft Infinity next year in 2018.
Robocraft Game Director and Freejam CEO Mark Simmons made the announcement in a blogpost. Robocraft is already a PC phenomenon with over ten million registered players worldwide which empowers players with the freedom to build the robot of their dreams, and then take those creations into battle online.
Robocraft Infinity will feature that same compelling gameplay mix but enhanced with an all-new progression system, massive combat balance redux, full controller support, achievements, 4k visuals optimised for the recently announced Xbox One X which is set to be released in November 2017.
More features will be revealed over the coming months. Anxious players can get a taste of the crazy robots they can build in Robocraft Infinity by watching the released trailer.
Robocraft Infinity will support Xbox Play Anywhere so players can buy the game once and then play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 and have all game progress, achievements and robots saved and transferred regardless of version played and will never lose their hard work.
Robocraft Infinity is still in early development and is aiming for a release in the first quarter of next year.
