ISLAMABAD: An Accountability Court granted exemption to Raja Pervaiz Ashraf from the hearing of the Rental Power Projects (RPP) case for today, ARY News reported.
The counsel of the former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf submitted a plea to Judge Muhammad Bashir for exemption of his client from hearing today, which was granted by the court.
The Judge expressed his resentment over absence of an accused Qadeer and ordered production of all accused in the next hearing.
The court also ordered provision of the copies of the reference to the accused, which have not given the copies of the reference so far.
The court has summoned all accused in the RPP case hearing on May 07, when charges likely to be framed against the accused.
