Rulers will not succeed in subduing Model Town Incident, says Ilahi

LAHORE: Leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PMLQ), Chaudhry Pervez Ilahi said on Thursday that the rulers will not succeed in subduing the Model Town Incident – ARY News reports.

Upon the completion of one month since a massacre occurred outside the Minhaj ul Quran International (MQI), in Model Town Lahore, Chaudhry Pervez Ilahi said that it is being a month, but neither the FIR of the incident was registered nor Shahbaz Sharif stepped down from his post.

He said that the aggrieved families of the victims are looking towards the judiciary to provide them justice.

Ilahi alleged Chief Minister of Punjab to be directly involved in the tragic incident that claimed more than a dozen lives and said that the innocent workers of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) were shot dead, upon the consent of Shahbaz Sharif.
