Saad Rafique vows to eliminate corruption from PR
LAHORE: Federal Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique said that severe punishment will be given to those found involved in any kind of corruption in Pakistan Railway, ARY News reported.
Talking to Premium Union’s delegation in Lahore on Sunday, Saad Rafique said there isn’t any argue over the privatization of Pakistan Railway(PR).
The Minister said no mercy would be granted to the corrupt elements of the department. He said the department was also going for computerizing data of its lands.
Saad Rafique further informed that China would make an investment of $32 billion out of which $4 billion would be invested for Pakistan Railway.
The minister said retired employees of Pakistan Railway would get the ATM facility for pensions and also allow them to select the bank of their own choice.
