In the carnage in May 13 when a bus of Ismaili community was attacked, 47 people were killed and scores of others were injured.
Police produced two accused of the incident Saad Aziz and Tahir Hussain in the court of Judicial Magistrate Malir today.
Five victims of the incident including three women injured in the incident, identified Saad Aziz and Tahir Hussain Minhas as the main culprits, sources said.
The accused in an identification parade were presented among scores of others but the witnesses pointed out the two suspects, sources said.
The witnesses told the court that the two accused signalled the bus driver to stop near Safoora Goth. They entered in the bus and opened indiscriminate fire over the passengers of the vehicle.
The attack left 47 persons dead and six injured including women and children.
