ISLAMABAD: Sales of locally assembled cars increased by 4.5 per cent in July-December 2013-14 as compare to the corresponding period the last year, ARY News reported.
According to the data released by Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA) the overall sales was recorded at 52,879 units in July-December 2013-14 against 50,587 units in the corresponding period last year.
The data showed that the slight downfall has been witnessed in the sales of 800cc car while the sale of 1300cc cars increases.
The sale of car decreased in the last month of year (December 2013) to 7,213 units as compare to 8,437 units in November 2013.
