Salman Khan to play role of Don in 'Dhoom 4'
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan may appear as the 'Don' in the fourth installment of Yash Raj's Indian buddy-cop action thriller film series 'Dhoom', ARY News has learnt.
The latest installment in the series Dhoom 3 has earned over INR 5 billion worldwide, making it the highest grossing film in the history of Indian cinema.
Aamir Khan created his record shattering presence in 'Dhoom 3' donning the bad boy's cap for that franchise, which marked the stupendous success.
Now the latest news doing the rounds is that Aamir's buddy Salman may be roped in to play the part of a villain in the fourth franchise.
Interestingly, the 48-year-old till date has never played a negative character and was only seen in a partly grey shade in "Tere Naam" (2003). The actor has previously confessed his discomfort in donning characters with negative traits and hence famously turned down "Baazigar," eventually went to Shah Rukh Khan.
Before Aamir, John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan had played the antagonists in the first and second Dhoom movies respectively.
