Sami declines to meet Gov't team for peace talks
ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema Islam-Sami (JUIS) Chief and member of Taliban nominated committee, Molana Sami ul Haq has declined to meet the Government committee for peace talks – ARY News reports.
Talking to ARY News correspondent, Molana Sami ul Haq told that he had desired to meet the Government committee only for the sake of restoration of peace, but if it is not interested in re-establishing peace then we too do not have a wish to meet it.
Sami further stated that Taliban are firm at their stance and willing to hold negotiations.
He added that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) believes in dialogue process and its perspective to hold talks is clear.
