LAHORE: A district court on Friday while indicting 2 accused in Sarabjit Singh murder case, summoned the witnesses – ARY News reports.
According to details, Additional District and Session Judge, Anjum Raza heard the case.
During the hearing, the court indicted 2 arrested accused Amir and Mudassir for the murder of an Indian spy, Sarabjit Singh, whilst the accused denied committing the offence.
Meanwhile, the court summoned the witnesses for presenting testimony and adjourned the hearing till January 20.
Amir and Mudassir are alleged of attacking and killing an Indian spy Sarabjit Singh in Kot Lakhpat Prison, with knife and other sharpened tools.
