KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) protested in Karachi against the enforced disappearances and extra-judicial killings of its party workers on Thursday, ARY News reported.
A large number of party members including MQM's Rabita Committee, lawmakers, workers of all MQM sector and unit offices in gathered at Karachi Press Club (KPC) to register their protest.
Adressing the gathering, MQM leader Farooq Sattar said plainclothes men targeting MQM workers and government seems helpless to do justice.
"If this practice remains continue, MQM workers will also put on plain clothes and retaliate", he added.
MQM Leader said that his party knows who these plainclothesmen are and who issues them orders.
Farooq Sattar termed today's protest as a trailer and warned that the real film would begin if the government would take appropriate action to stop extra-judicial killings.
