Saudi Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz to visit Pakistan

ISLAMABAD:  Saudi Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud will reach Pakistan on Saturday for three-day visit to discuss bilateral issues and regional situation with Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain, ARY News reported.

In the weekly briefing on Thursday, Foreign Office Spokesperson Tasnim Aslam said Saudi Crown Prince will also calls on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Raheel Shareef during his visit. She clarified there wouldn’t any discussion over support of nuclear programme between the two countries.

Tasnim Aslam said both the countries will discuss wide-ranging issues including trade‚ defense and export of Pakistani manpower to Saudi Arabia.

The spokesperson informed that Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud will be accompanied by a high level delegation including trade‚ economy and planning ministers.

She further told trade at LoC has been started; however India didn’t include the agenda of Pakistan’s trade benefit in the meeting on which Pakistan showed concerns, which became one of the reasons for cancellation of Indian trade Minister’s visit.
