According to a press release by State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the foreign reserves held by SBP were recorded at US$16,171.6 million while the Net foreign reserves held by banks were US$4,902.3 million.
SBP’s Liquid Foreign Exchange reserves increased by US$559 million to US$16,172 million compared to US$15,613 million in the previous week.
SBP received US$500 million from International Monetary Fund (IMF) under Extended Fund Facility (EFF).
