ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court will hear the bail plea of a man on Feb 11 who was accused of stealing 15 hens, reported ARY News.
It is pertinent to note that the accused person, Mohammad Zahid, has been imprisoned since a year.
A two-judge bench headed by Justice Mushir Alam and comprising of Justice Qazi Faez Esa will hear the case tomorrow in Islamabad.
Zahid had approached the top court for his bail that was rejected earlier.
Owner of the hens, Malik Sajjad had nominated Zahid as the thief in the first information report registered in the case.
