ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) resumed the hearing of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) corruption case here on Monday, ARY News reports.
In the hearing, Justice Jawwad inquired about the investigations against the former Chairman OGRA Tauqeer Sadiq on which the prosecutor National Accountability Bureau (NAB) replied that Sadiq has two lands in Lahore which are being investigated. He further informed the court that 38 lac rupees were spent in bringing him back to Pakistan.
The prosecutor also told the court that investigations are facing problems as there is no Chairman NAB.
The apex court adjourned the hearing till 16th January.
