Second ODI: Sri Lanka elects to bat first against Pakistan

HAMBANTOTA: Sri Lankan Captain Angelo Mathews won the toss and has put his side to bat in the second one day international (ODI) against Pakistan at Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Hambantota on Tuesday (today), ARY News reports.

Pakistan and Sri Lanka have both made a change in their playing XI. Sharjeel Khan will replace Younus Khan, who has flown back home after the death of his nephew. Sri Lanka has replaced Dinesh Chandimal with Seekkuge Prasanna.

The green shirts will be looking to win the match and seal the ODI series today.

Sri Lanka XI: Upul Tharanga, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardene, Angelo Mathews, Ashan Priyanjan, Thisara Perera, Seekkuge Prasanna, Nuwan Kulasekara, Rangana Herath and Lasith Malinga.

Pakistan XI: Sharjeel Khan, Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Hafeez, Umar Akmal, Misbah-ul-Haq, Fawad Alam, Sohaib Maqsood, Shahid Afridi, Wahab Riaz, Junaid Khan and Mohammad Irfan.
