Security issues related to JUI-F sit-in is interior ministry’s domain: Farogh Naseem
LAHORE: Federal Minister for Law Farogh Naseem on Monday said that the security issues related to the sit-in of Maulana Fazlur Rehman is domain of the Ministry of Interior.
According to ARY News, the minister of law was talking to media in Lahore after addressing the general house of the Lahore Bar Association today.
While replying a question about deployment of the military troops in Islamabad, Farogh Naseem said that addressing security issues regarding the JUI-F protest is responsibility of the interior ministry. He could not talks over the matter further in Lahore Bar.
Replying another question about non-posting of a judge in the court hearing Rana Sanaullah case, he said the ministry only appoint the judge, the name of which sent by the high court.
Addressing the general house of the Lahore Bar Association, the law minister said that the government of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf was well acquainted with the problems of lawyers and it has worked much for the welfare of the lawyer community, which has no match in the past governments.
