ISLAMABAD: Wife of former president Gen. Rtd. Pervez Musharraf, Begum Sehba Musharraf has decided to contact Islamabad High Court (IHC) to remove Musharraf’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL), ARY News reported.
Following the government’s rejection to remove his name from the ECL, Begum Sehba Musharraf will file a request in IHC. She adopted the stance that Pervez Mushrraf was a former Chief of Army Staff, President and is also a respectable Pakistani citizen and his name should be removed from ECL.
Earlier, in response to the request of Sehba Musharraf, interior ministry directed her to contact IHC on the issue.
