According to ECP, the voters will have to present their National Identity Card to the Returning Officer (RO) for obtaining the ballot papers whereas the details of the NIC will be written on the counterfoil.
The voters won’t be able to contact any candidate after acquiring the ballot papers. They will select their preferred language in a separate room, the instructions further said.
Mobile phones will not be allowed inside the polling booth, ECP said.
