LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Najam Sethi said he was hopeful that Pakistan will emerge victorious is World T20 opening match against India on Friday (tomorrow), ARY News reported Thursday.
Talking to media at Qaddafi Stadium Lahore, The PCB chairman said it was responsibility of the coaches to play team. “My job is to encourage players of the team,” he added.
Sethi said composition of Pakistan team was strong and they also possess psychological advantage. He said whether Afridi was fit or not, he would play. Currently he is 90 percent fit and this level of fitness is enough, said the chairman.
