SHEIKHUPURA: Seven people were killed while 13 others were hurt when in a road accident on Saturday, ARY News reports.
According to sources, the wagon was arriving here in Sheikhupura from Khanqah-e-Dogran when the vehicle overturned after its tyre busted due to overspeeding.
Rescue 1122 teams arrived at the sport and shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Sheikhupura. Several of the wounded are said to be in critical condition.
The deceased persons included driver Zahid Iqbal, Ghulam Abbas, Nageena Shehzadi and Nusrat Bibi.
