Several injured as police resorts to shelling outside Rana's house

FAISALABAD: Scores of masses were injured as the police resorted to shelling around Rana Sanaullah’s residence after a charged-up crowd surrounded and pelted stones at the house of the former law minister of Punjab, ARY News reported.

Following the killing of two workers of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), charged-up crowd surrounded the residence of Rana Sanaullah and pelted stones at the house.

Police in order to disperse furious protesters resorted to shelling, due to which scores of people were injured.

During the episode three policemen were also said to be injured after being hit by the stones hurled at them by angry workers and supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf.
