Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) officials have stated that a fault occurred in its central grid station due to which the power supply to many areas has been affected.
The affected areas include Shahidra, Begum Kot, Badami Bagh, Ring Road, Baghbanpura, Kot Khwaja Saeed, Misri Shah, General Bus Stand and Batapur.
The Lahore based power company has said that the maintenance teams are working to normalize the power supply.
