Every celebrity has his/her own troubles to deal with and the trailer of Fan showcases exactly that. In the upcoming movie, Shah Rukh Khan portrays Aryan Khanna, an Indian superstar (actor most probably) who is feverishly popular in India. Fans throng the superstar by the thousands whenever he makes a single appearance, and Gaurav is not so different. Or wait, maybe he really is different from the rest of Khanna’s fans.
Shah Rukh Khan plays a double role in the movie, when he essays superstar Aryan Khanna and eccentric fan Gaurav. The plot resembles that of Hollywood movie The Fan starring Robert De Niro and Wesley Snipes. Here we have a 24 year-old Gaurav who obsessive with his favourite superstar Aryan Khanna. His room is filled to the brim with posters of Aryan and even his family is fed up of his compulsive with to meet Aryan. When the two do meet, much to his dismay, Gaurav is scolded and put down by Aryan. And that does not sit well with ‘the fan’.
