When news came around that Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol would star together in an upcoming comedy titled Dilwale, fans were ecstatic at the news. Well, director Rohit Shetty confirmed the news that fans would be able to catch the flick this Christmas!
Rohit was attending the Goa Film Festival in Goa when he disclosed the fact that he had already commenced shooting for the film. Dilwale is being co-produced by Shetty himself and Shah Rukh’s wife Gauri Khan. The comedy-drama film will also star Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. Varun had also tweeted a picture of his on set with Rohit Shetty, a couple of weeks ago. Check it out for yourself:-

Rohit Shetty also divulged into details and explained that almost 50% of the film will be shot in Goa, just like his earlier film franchises Golmaal and Singham. Fans will be catching a glimpse of Shah Rukh and Kajol on-screen after a long time, since the two last teamed up for Karan Johar’s My Name Is Khan.
It will be interesting to see how fans will respond to the new Rohit Shetty film. Also, will Shah Rukh and Kajol be able to rekindle the magic they had earlier created on Dilwale Dulhania Lejayenge?
