Shah Rukh Khan: Children don’t plan on acting anytime soon

TOP NEWS

The Bollywood superstar put his foot down on any rumors considering his children pursuing an acting career. Shah Rukh voiced his opinion that according to him, his three children namely AbRam, Aryan and Suhana were at the moment focused on their studies and too young to be actors.

“My children are too young to decide on becoming actors. They have to study, finish their studies first. I am very clear about it and they are very clear about it,” Shah Rukh said.

Shah Rukh was also very clear on the subject as to what paths his children would choose, stating that his children would take the path of their choosing.

“An actor’s son or daughter need not be actor. I have left it to them. The first part of my job is to educate them so that they can make the right decision of what they want. At this point of time there is no talk of AbRam, Aryan or Suhana to become actor. They have to study first,” he said.

Shah Rukh’s statement seems to have come after rumors and reports in the media that the actor was preparing to launch his sons AbRam and Ayyan in a Bollywood flick. Shah Rukh was being tipped to produce the film, which would be Bollywood’s adaptation of the hit Ethan Hawke starrer Boyhood.

Shah Rukh Khan’s son AbRam was recently seen in the opening IPL match when he was meeting cricketing stars, including Gautam Gambhir. The cute child seemed quite ecstatic to witness KKR’s win and Shah Rukh testified to that.

My little one shows interest in everything I take him to. Poor guy doesn’t understand much. We all thought he would go off to sleep but we were very surprised. He was up till 2am. He was really enjoying and also learned two new words, ‘yay’ and ‘KKR’.

Shah Rukh will be seen in the upcoming movie titled Fan, in which he plays himself and a crazed fan.
