Shahbaz lashes at MQM chief over anti-Pakistan diatribe
He made the statement while speaking to media after a ceremony given in the honour of two female students who passed the 9th grade examinations with extraordinary distinction and obtained 504 marks each out of total 505 marks.
Chief Minister of Punjab said that MQM chief has been residing in London for past several decades.
“What we have attained and achieved is all because of Pakistan,” Sharif said.
It should be noted that MQM chief, in his speech on Monday, used derogatory language against Pakistan and its state institutions and incited the party workers to carry out violent acts.
Earlier, the chief minister announced a fixed deposit of Rs. 0.5 million each for the two students Noreen and Mah Zaib, whereas they were also awarded a cash reward of Rs. 0.1 million.
The two girls passed their 9th grade exams with distinction from Gujranwala and Multan education boards.
