RAIWAND: Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif called on Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Raiwand on Sunday and discussed Musharraf’s treason case, ARY News reported.
During the meeting CM Punjab and PM Nawaz Sahrif discussed Local Body elections and other important national issues.
Shahbaz Sharif briefed the Nawaz Sharif about the ongoing development projects in the province including the power generation plans and Chinese cooperation in power sector. Both the leaders also discussed overall law and order situation in the country.
Later, Shabaz Sharif met delegation of Pakistan executives and producers. He said that film is an effective way of communication through which new generation make aware about civilizational, cultural, national and historical traditions.
Shahbaz Sharif formed a committee to solve issues of film industry and cinema houses.
