LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif has directed the officials to insure fool-proof security arrangements all over the province on account of Eid Milad un Nabi (PBUH), while he also directed the authorities to monitor the processions through CCTV cameras – ARY News reports.
According to details, the Chief Minister directed the IG Punjab to insure the implementation of the security plan for Eid Milad un Nabi (PBUH). He further directed senior administrative and police officials to supervise the security arrangements themselves and to remain in field rather than sitting back at their offices.
Shahbaz stressed upon the security clearance of routes of processions and to monitor them through CCTV cameras.
He also directed the elected representatives to review security arrangements in their respective constituencies.
